Is cosmetic surgery the only way other than a retainer/Braces to fix an underbite???
There is an alternative to surgery, braces, or retainers it's called Invisalign which is a series of clear plastic trays that you wear on your teeth 24 hours a day. It is less obvious than braces, but from what I have been told may take longer than braces.
