Dehydration? Electrolyte abnormalities? Am I sick?

I've been sick over the past few days and Haven't really been able to eat or drink anything because I keep dry heaving.

When I go to vomit, I start seeing black spots. now i see blackness whenever i get up and i feel like i'm going to pass out.

Last evening I had some numbness/tingling in my fingers.
I also feel really weak, am getting a little clumsy, can barely keep my eyes open, and have been having trouble even focusing on my keyboard.

I'm getting a little worried, but Maybe I'm just a hypochondriac. Any suggestions as to what this might be?
SOMETIMES WATER MAKES PEOPLE WANT TO VOMIT WHEN SICK---TRY TOMATO JUICE OR V-8 , THESE WILL GIVE YOU BACK ELECTROLYTES AS WELL........
