after a death when you realize it is that your breaking point. or even so is it normal when it finally hits you too just lose it? Im havin to help my friend Lene' & I really am lost for words, I dont know what to say- she keeps askin is he really dead...helpful suggestions would be nice Thank you
No matter who or what dies it is always a Shock. You are doing everything in your power it seems to help your friend. However, the best help is to be there for your friend. If your friend needs more help and you're at a loss for what to do... like it seems you're doing now by posting, I would suggest trying to get your friend help from someone who has studied and is educated in this field :) Your friend needs a shoulder and probably some repetitive answers ie: yes they're really dead. You're doing a good job already you seem to be a really good friend.
