Dead skin on my hand?

OK, so for the past 2 months I suppose I've had a really super itchy left hand (the palm of it) and when I scratch I notice some Skin falls of like dead skin not like flesh. Little itty itty bitty flakes of dead skin. I've tried Corn Huskers lotion & Aveeno lotion They aren't working, it's kind of annoying now :| it's really itchy.

Is there something I can do to get rid of it.

You can't see the dead skin and It doesn't come of like snow but like little bits of dead skin will come of and it's really just in the center of my palm that is the problem.

Maybe you want to try "Miracle of Aloe Miracle Hand Repair Cream" - that helped my mom's severe dry and itchy hand. they're available at biglots/walmart,kmart, etc... or online at drugstore.com, amazon.com, etc....
