Cyst or something..What do you think?

I have had this ball shaped bump in my lip. It has a pimple look just without a white that is kinda small. The bump feels a little bigger than the pimple that i can see. I can feel it with my finger. I have had it about 3 weeks now or so and it sees like it has been reducing in size a little bit. I need some help bc i really want to find out what this is? Got any suggestions?
Could be a blind pimple (without an "eye"), a cyst, Herpes blister, or something else. Sounds like it's going away on its own. If It doesn't, though, and continues to bother you, you may want to check with a doctor.
