what is creatine exactly? im pretty sure it builds up your muscles like protien but i also heard that once you stop taking it the muscle mass starts to go away. also i heard it doesnt give you as much strength as Protein and that it dehydrates you. can somebody explain it to me
i have heard from multiple sources that it puts tons of water into your muslces thats why you must drink so much extra while taking it. that explains the sudden decrease in muscle mass when you stop taking it. yes it dehydrates you it recomends drinking liek a gallon of water a day while taking it.....personally i wouldnt take it...stick to protien shakes they will do about the same and the muscle wont decrease if you stop taking it
