What type of drink should i mix it with? Gatorade? and how many time should i take it? wake up before workout after workout evening?
You should take creatine with dextrose (a sugar) or things that contain dextrose like grape juice or Gatorade POWDER, not the drink, right after you weight train, 50 grams of dextrose is good. to mix with, and water to mix the dextrose and creatine Why? Because dextrose creates a sufficient insulin spike for the creatine to get to your muscles faster and replenish muscle glycogen levels.

Take it everyday. one time, 5 grams a day (which is a heaping teaspoon). If you are not working out that day, take a serving creatine in the morning, it will absorb best during this time.

If you are using creatine for your first time, you could try something called "loading". Take 20 grams of Creatine a day split into 4 servings throughout the day for 5-7 days. After that, maintain your creatine intake with just 1 serving of 5 grams a day.
