the other day i stretched and then went running..while running i got a cramp in the middle of my calf..so i stopped and stretched it out..it felt better and i finished my run..not sure How I got one because i constanly drink water and i wasnt running THAT hard..but now..a day later..i have the same feeling..i tried stretching it out but it kinda hurts and doesnt do anything to make it go away..is it a cramp or a pulled muscle?
This Is my Expertise....first of all, the first day, you stretched , but it wasn't the good stretch your body needed(will discuss). then when you ran, your body still had tension that needed to be released. as a consequence, you cramped. now, although you stretched it , it was a temporary fix, and therefore when you continued to run, you were adding more tension to an already tight muscle....follow this and you will see a difference...ALLOW 20 MINUTES FOR THIS....SIT DOWN ON THE GROUND....place one leg in front flat on the ground....slowly, but not forcefully, drop your head to your knee while holding the knee down with your hand....allow this stretch while your leg is TOTALLY relaxed....you cant do this with both at the same time because really, if you truly relax the leg. the knees pop up...if you allow a slow drop and stretch with this, you will feel the tension drop out.....after this with both legs, YOU WILL SEE THE DIFFERENCE... please feel free to im me about ANY OTHER BODY pain concerns! laney
