whenevr i bend down, like squat, you can hear like my knee crack once, Doesn't hurt or anything, i was wondering How can i stop it, sometimes it wont crack, sometimes it will
any suggestions or help?
I have the same prob. I am 18 and have had it all my life. I went to A doctor for it a long time ago and he said that it is caused by a tendion snaping across the bone. Even know you cant feel it! He said that the only way to get rid of it is to cut open my knee and move the tendion. I will live with my random cracking before I do that!! Hope that helped!
