my mum has had pain in her kidneys ,back,shoulders,groin!!
thought it was a Kidney infection but it is not as she has had her wee tested!!
she is also feeling exhausted and a little confused!
she has been needing to pee more too
thae only thing she is not feeling is excessively thisty??

It does not sound like your mother is suffering from Diabetes. Usually pain is not associate with the disease as part of its early onset. The usual beginning signs of diabetes is increased hunger and Eating, increased urination, and increased thirst and drinking. They should probably do a kidney function test. (with this this test they can test the functioning of her kidneys, and certain parts of her kidneys/urinary tract-like the nephrons, and glomerulus.)
