Consumption of coffee produces more gastric acid on the stomach. Therefore too much coffee can create

My question is.How much coffee one needs to be drinking in order to irritate The stomach to the point of seriously aggravating it?Does drinking water, before and after drinking coffee help dilute the gastric acid, thus reducing,if not eliminating completely the chances of gettings serious Stomach problems like ulcers?
actually drinking water increases acid production by allowing more hydrogen availability,u can always drink 1-2 coffees per day diluted with milk which is an antacid ,and avoid additive ulcerative substances like alcohol ,.smoking ,analgesics and eat regulariliy.coffee alone isnt an ulcer forming and isnt a major cause on its own
