Ok So i have had a constant Migraine for about 5 days now. It started when I got my period and it only goes away for about an hour and then comes back for about 8 hours. I have taken Ibuprofin without much help, and I have taken Imitrex (perscription migraine Medicine) But that only helps for about 2 hours. Why is this happening? Its making it hard to do anything!
I'm a great sufferer of those dang things myself, I have them bad now in my 40's, but they were worse before my Hysterectomy in my 20's. My periods were so bad because I had Endometriosis,and the Headaches would be much worse at that time of the month. My Dr. had told me, it was from the excess of Blood flow throuh your body that was causing them. I hope this helps.
