Every once in a while I am blessed with the pain of a Cold sore on my lips. Of course, I started to feel this one coming on yesturday while I was at work. Went home and started popping the Lysine.
But my question is Does anyone have a quick cure for these darned things. I can tell this one is going to be a doosie and I have a baby shower to put on this weekend!!!!!! Of course!
i find the zovirax cream in the tiny tube is amazing, if you put it on when you feel tingling or a bump or even when its appeared they go in like 3 or 4 days. you can also use these clear round Cold sore patches/plasters (not sure of how well they work personally, but told they work good! and they cover it too!)
you should try and find the thing that triggers it, for me its when i have a cold and then get really stressed or upset during it.
