So I have a TerribleCold right now and my Nose is always stuffy. Nothing is working and I am miserable! I have already tried nosespray and those breath right strips and nothing is working!! Pleas help me!
First of all, you need to treat your cold, not just your stuffy nose. Make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids. Make sure to take lots of Vitamin C and Zinc. Sleep. A lot. Sleep can do wonders for you.
As for your nose...blow it. A lot. Have tissues with you always. Keep using the nose spray. Steam also is really good for clearing out your nose. Take a long shower or a bath and just soak. Let the steam from the water clear out your head. Make tea or coffee or a bowl of soup. You don't even have to eat it If you don't want, but just stick your face over the bowl and let the heat and the steam help clear you out. It sounds crazy but it works!
If it has been a long time and your nose STILL can't seem to get clear then it's time to make a doctor's appointment. You could have some sort of sinus Infection.
