I was circumcised when I was born, but I'm not sure if the doctor did it right. There is a large sort of Skin lump where you cut the foreskin off that has been there for as long as I can remember. It is hard to explain but I'm just kind of wondering if I am circumcised or not and what this is, maybe it Is my foreskin? >

There is a bit of extra skin sort of at the head of the Penis. Like, when it is normal this faces the scrotum? Sorry...
Maybe you were partially circumcised, some people dont have full circumcisions, only partial so they are healthier and less chance of an STD and still enjoy intercourse
