How do you test for these, is there a standard lab test for each???
What's the normal reading for them. What is consider too high or too low?? If its too low, will it be consider as a disease as well??? I like to pinpoint the normal for these two terms.
also, before going in to have your lipids tested be sure to be fasting so as to have a true reading and the tests won't be higher. you don't want you levels over 200 if they are they are going to tell you to stay away from fried, fatty foods to help lower your cholesterol
