I have High Cholesterol. To control it I have started Eating healthy as much as possible. I have oatmeal from my cafetria for breakfast. But I do add lot of raisins, brown sugar and granola to make it taste good. Are any of them harmful for cholesterol?
Honestly you should just be eating plain oatmeal by itself, maybe a little sugar or salt. Thats it!
