I was in an auto accident back in September that messed me up(nothing broken), we were hit from behind, I have gotten better since until Recently I had a flare up in my traps, and romboids (sp?). My chiropractor insists it is because I refuse to get my neck cracked, what it the validity of this procedure? When I asked him he couln't explain.
