My cousin was taking CHINA SLIM TEA and she told me that it really works that she has lost alot of weight but that she goes to the bathroom alot which is what it is supposed to do, but now on the box the directions are as goes: POUR 1 CUP (8 FL OZ.) OF HOT WATER OVER ONE TEABAG AND LET IT STEEP FOR NO MORE THEN 2 MIN. DO NOT OVER STEEP. DRINK ONE CUP A DAY AFTER MEAL.. now she told me to drink one cup after every meal, but the box is telling me to drink one cup after meal, am i supposed to drink it after my last meal? i mean it dosen't tell me after what meal and it is only telling me to take it once a day. I don't want to take it after every meal then i will not be able to leave the bathroom.. so Does anyone Else know how or when i should drink the tea? >

well duh, i'm going to follow the box, but i am just curious to know am i supposed to drink the tea after my first meal or what, i just drank it last night for the first time and this morning after breakfast i went to the bathroom, has anyone else taken this ?
China Slim Tea is a natural laxative so you should only take it once a day like the box says. It?s main ingredient is senna which is found in VegetableLaxatives like Sennakot. However, any weight you lose is just water weight from going to the bathroom so much. It doesn?t burn fat.
