chewable nonsteroid leukotriene antagonist pills ?

my son Is 4 years 5 months old now having tendency of asthama.
i've heard about this pills .....kindly advise
I believe what you are talking about are drugs such as Singulair and Accolate. Both are leukotriene receptor antagonists. Singulair is available in chewable tablets and granules to sprinkle on food. They prevent leukotrienes from binding to their receptor and exerting their bronchoconstrictive properties. Unlike corticoids (steriods), they don't prevent the production of leukotrienes, they just block the receptor.
