i have a weird chest pain it is also in my hand it feels like a sharp stabbing jaabbing pain also other heart attack symptoms but i have ekgs xrays blood test gtight throat it feels like gnawing or i also suffer from GAD GERD ANXIETY AND GAS

st dsaid gas then second heart doc think said anxiety and rd said gerd cause i am obese but all three of the said sounds like gastric chest pains?
It could be stress. Muscle tighen and contract. One way to tell is if you can pin point where the pain is you have to consider stress.
