Chest pain....?

I've been having very sharp/stabbing pains in my chest. I have a fast Heart rate... it's usually around 95, but it dropped to 84 on Friday and now to 77. I went to the ER last night and they just took a chest x-ray and said it's chest wall inflammation. They gave me a prescription for Anaprox DS and sent me home. The pain is getting worse and more frequent and I wonder if there could be something else wrong that Wouldn't have shown on the chest x-ray. They didnt even bother to do an EKG. It seemed as if he was in a hurry to get me out of there. He wasn't even interested in my family history of heart disease. I don't have health insurance and I think they didn't want to perform more tests because of that. Should I see a different doctor to get a second opinion?
Go and insist on an ECG. This is not something to ignore. If they won't do it, go to a different hospital.
