Last night I went to the ER because I was having "Chest Pains". I have had this feeling before & was told that it was Acid Reflux, which they never did any tests for, just gave me some Medicine to take for 14 days only? So i did, & a few months later i had the same pains. So I got some more meds, & my doc told me to take them everyday (prilosec). Well I stopped taking them about, 7 or 8 months ago. & last night I was having really bad chest pains, like when I breathed all the way in, it would hurt really bad. I when to the ER, they took my vitals, everything was fine. Then they did an EKG. I was waiting for 3 hours after that, so I left. does anyone think this might be caused by Acid Reflux? I had drank a LOT the night before, & also took painMedication for a (heaking) broken wrist. I am only 20 yrs old, 5'6", 150lbs, & I (try) to eat healthy, & excersize regularly. >

Also, when I went home that night, I laid down to go to sleep, but if I was on my side, it would hurt REALLY bad. but if I laid on my stomach or back, it was less intense.
My vitals at the ER were fine.
Also, I still have the same chest pains, but not as bad as last night. It does get worse when I go out into the Cold, though.
Also, I smoke cigarettes, & I probably smoked a lot of them when I was drinking the night before. I havn't had ONE cigarette today, because my chest still hurts. Although I am craving one BAD.
All I ate yesterday was 2 eggs, 3 pieces of bacon, 1 sausage link with ketchup & toast.
I have went to My Doctor about this before, all they are going to tell me is that it is Acid Reflux, that is Why I don't really want to go.

the pain was more towards the middle of my chest.
I HAD SOME OF THE THINGS YOU HAVE AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE GALLBLADDER PROBLEMS-----THESE PAINS STARTED WHEN I WAS YOUNG I HAD IT REMOVED----- NO PAIN SINCE
