Changing my eating habits?

right now i eat a lot of carbs and sugary stuff when i get bored. what if i substituted my snacks for fruits for vegetables and give up the fatty foods. also what if i excersised for 20 minutes or so a day? how much weight would i lose in one week? im 5'2'' and 120 pounds now. please dont tell me im a good weight or im beatufiul the way i am or anything because i just feel flabby and unhealthy. thanks!
Basically, if you eat 300 calories less each day, you will lose approximately one pound a week. That is just a general "rule of thumb" and like everything else it isn't the same for everyone. The thing is, if you do not already know the average calorie amount you eat each week, then it may be hard to judge if you are really following this plan or not. What you have in place seems adequate to lose some weight and become healthier. I have to mention, that really no one knows how much weight you would really lose because every body is different for everyone yet you seem to be on the right track with your plans.
