i need to know exactly what cm is in a 13 year old explanation, cuz i am, because from the Things I've read on the internet make it sound like sperm! Please tell me all the details. Is it the stuff that makes ur underwear yellow on the inside and its kinda creamy or gooey?? cuz I have that every day and I need to know if thats normal cuz im rly worried bout it.. Please tell me ASAP! and yes i have had my period about 4 times and im on it right now unfortunatly... lol. I just need to know what the cervical mucus stuff is.. THANKYOU!!!
Yep cervical mucus, or what you can also call discharge is the gooey stuff you are finding in your underwear. This will pretty much continue to happen for the rest of your life. At certain times of the month it changes, around the middle of the month when ovulation occurs, the mucus may be thicker. This is because the mucus thickens to try and help the sperm get up to the egg succefully, it basically helps the sperom to swim. At all different times of the month, it will vary in colour and consistency. SOmetimes it will be cler and more watery, sometimes it may be thicker, or a white colour or even pale yellowish. But if its ever green or brown or smells very foul, and you have an itchy or burning feeling in your vagina, then you could have an Infection and will need to go to the doctor.
But yes, it is 100% completely normal, all Women have this.
