Male and young not a female, have to sleep with fan on all the times or i get to hot and cant sleep, usually i go from hot to a lil bit of sweat and then it goes it goes to a Cold sweat

Are you close to middle age when Menopause could be the culprit?

Young male? I'd think it was a hormonal or endocrine system problem. It all requires medical treatment although it probably isn't fatal. But then again, not knowing what it is, it might be pretty serious. See a doc. And don't wait. If nothing else, you could begin to get a good nights sleep and that is worth a lot!
