I was in a car accident about 3-4 weeks ago and I came out of it ok but the day afterwards i felt my back hurt really bad. I don't believe i broke anything.. its not THAT bad.. but the day after the accident i had to get fill a moving truck, then sit in a car 14 hours then unpack.. well 3 weeks later or so its still bothering me.. can you get any kind of permanent damage from this sort of thing, I am only 16.
Probably not permanent; you're muscles took a beating and were pulled. You won't feel it at first, but the next day or a few days later, you'll be experiencing exactly what you are describing. Take some anti-inflammatories like asprin or advil, ibuprophen with food and try to relax. Hot showers will relax the muscles also. All of that sitting in a car and activity isn't going to help much. You just need a couple of days to get back to normal and let those muscles heal. God bless.
