I have this science project i have to do and i need to know the awnser to can you live without your lymph nodes? I need a full detail answer so that i can make a good grade on a poster i have to make. I'm not doing so hott in science right now so the better grade i get well the better. Can you live if you have no lymph nodes? No
Can you live if you have some removed? Yes
Had a few in my neck removed for biopsy purposes.....still alive so yes. But as a whole they are vital to your health/life.
