can you have sex even though you have phimosis?

you can still have sex but it wont be as pleasuring right? because i dont wanna get a Circumcision and i am being very tempted to have intercourse with my Girlfriend.she knows that i have Phimosis but im still very tempted to. can i at least have oral?
Let's be perfectly clear about this - although you can have some sort of sex with phimosis, it will be most unsatisfactory for both of you. You really do need to get that foreskin pulled right back to expose the groove behind the head before you attempt sex. You should also wash your Penis thoroughly for the first time in your life when you manage to pull the Skin back. However, you really should get your penis circumcised. Circumcision will provide better hygiene, comfort, appearance to women, self-esteem and Far better sexual sensation for both you and your female partner(s). There are no disadvantages to being circumcised. It will not hurt and you will be back to normal within 2 or 3 weeks. Do yourself and your girlfriend a favour and get yourself circumcised without delay
