I am just wondering...thinking of questions...wasting my points...
Even though a fasting Blood sugar of 80-120 is considered "normal", having a fasting blood sugar above 100 is considered "pre-Diabetes" (and since that's not "high", you Wouldn't have the excessive thirst/urination).
Having "pre-diabetes" Doesn't mean that you will, for sure, become a diabetic. It's more like a warning, especially if you have a family history of diabetes.
What is the one thing you can do to try to keep it from one day becoming diabetes?
