i know many people are anxious a lot, but i get it pretty bad.
what are some ways of How I can control it?
im always Nervous and can never seem to be calm.
i always care about what others are thinking about me & im self conscience. what should i do to calm myself down & relax a little besides yoga?! thanksss so muchhh
STOP You???re thinking too much especially negatively.
Never worry about what people think ??“ if someone ever criticizes you make sure it is contractive criticism so that you will learn from it. If it s not contractive then its bull **** and YOU should never worry about it.

The Anxiety you feel is your brains way of going into defensive
mode. So your mind/conscious ?????? is trying to protect you.. from what you may ask well that???s down to the way you think and have responded to life???s experiences even if they are good for you, you go in to defensive.
