Can anyone suggest me regarding TORSION DYSTONIA? Its a neurological disease and

One of my relatives is suffering from Torsion Dystonia. It started some 10 years back. A doctor was consulted in Banglore (India) and the condition improved.He has not recovered more than 50 percent upto now.
We are not in a position to go to Banglore. Please suggest which Hospital should we go for this in Delhi (India).

Is this something where the neck is twisted at an angle? Does it relax at night? I think I saw something on a TV show about this and they used Botox Injections into the neck muscles in order to temporarily paralyze them. The man underwent several treatments over a period of maybe months? And then that eventually cured him.
