i have had my braces on for 11 months, and will be getting them off no later then this coming summer. i dont drink soda, but i am afraid of getting those white spots from where my braces were. how can i prevent it? should i use a whitning mouthwash? or will that give me whiter teeth and darker spots as circles?
i have braces too and what my ortho. suggested was using a floride. you brush with it twice a day ; once in the morning and once before bed and DO NOT rinse after. next time you go to the office , just ask about it and they will give you a presciption form. good luck :D
