Bloated stomach. Causes? Cures?

PAST 2 WEEKS OR SO have been experienceing a bloated stomach every morning. Tried eliminating several food groups to determine what it is but my research has been unfruitful Any suggestions/advice? Thanks
There are a number of possibilities such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (giving an example only) but the only way to know for sure what's going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
