Arizona Green Tea with Honey and Ginseng? and insomina?

Is Arizona Green Tea with Honey and Ginseng good for you? I read somewhere that too much green tea can cause insomnia and i was wondering if i drank too much Arizona Green Tea with Honey and Ginseng, i would get insomina. btw, i know what insomina is, but is it a really harmful disease? or its just a name for someone who can't sleep? please help, thanks!
The tea has caffeine in it, so if you drink it all day, you could wind up with sleep problems. Arizona makes a decaf diet green tea (black label). I've tried both and the decaf version doesn't interfere with sleep.
