anyone had a`sleep apnoea test before please?

Yes I have 2 of them what they are going to do is have you go to a hospital near you tht has a sleep center then you will come in early about 6P.M. and they will process your paper work then they will measure your skull and attach some eeg leads to your skull face and extremities and your chest and ask you to go to sleep at a predetermined time usually 10P.M. and also attach a piulse oximeter to your finger and the will record your h eart rate oxygen saturation rates and respirations in different rem levels of sleep alpha-delta then in the morning they will remove all equip and decide whether you have the condition if so they will fit you for a c-pap machine and either nasal or full face mask and oxygen back up as needed hope this helps best wishes gorbalizer
