32 weeks pregnant and a URINE TRACK INFECTION! Please help!?

hi guys. let me star by saying that im 32 weeks Pregnant. everything has been goin good, except My baby was bridged on my last Ultrasound witch was last month. well today i woke up with like the heavy Feeling on my pubic bone, and the urge to just push, push, push. but no pain. So i know its not Labor. i went to do number 1. and right away i smelled a little different smell in my Urine. but i dont have itching, burnin or discharged. is just like preasure, the urge to push and some pitching. i believe i have a urine track Infection made worst by the fact that my baby is very low so i have all this going on right at the bottom. also my vaginal lips feel sore, but i have not had intercourse. so my question is what does this sound to you like? have you had a urine track infection while pregnant ? and what where your symptoms? also do you know about any one that went into labor before they reach their due date? First of all, don't listen to the moronic idiot who is telling you to wait this out, considering you are pregnant, and any infection you have could infect your baby.

If you had a UTI, you would know it. Some of them aren't painful, but the one I had was so painful doctors thought that I had appendicitis. With some Antibiotics you're good to go, but you should be concerned that a UTI that is not treated with quickly can spread to your kidneys causing a kidney infection. It's not fun. From what you have said, I would defanitely look into seeing a doctor, since foul smelling urine is a symptom of a UTI. You also could have a yeast infection, which could explain the soreness in your vaginal lips. In the meantime, drink plenty of water, and get alot of rest.

When I had my UTI, it was horrible. I had shooting pains down my abdomen. I felt like I had to pee alot, but when I went hardly any pee came out. I had alot of pain and burning when I went to pee, and my pee was also really cloudy. It was horribly painful.

However, be on a lookout for symptoms of a UTI:
- Having the frequent urge to urinate.
- A painful, burning feeling when peeing.
- Pain when peeing.
- Despite the urge to urinate, only a small amount of urine is passed.
- Pee that looks milky or cloudy, even reddish if Blood is present.

Also, some symptoms of a yeast infection:
- burning
- soreness,
- pain during intercourse and/or urination
- vaginal discharge that is foul smelling, discoloured, etc
